Our Story
C+Suite For Women began in a season of prayer.
After decades of executive leadership, business consulting, and ministry, I sensed God calling me toward something greater than professional success.
Morning after morning in prayer, He impressed a simple but life-changing vision on my heart:
Work with women and show them the way to evermore.
What began as a ministry to women business owners has grown into a calling to equip women wherever God has placed them.
Today, C+Suite For Women exists to help women integrate their faith with every aspect of life—to discover their God-given design, lead with wisdom and grace, steward their gifts faithfully, and live fully engaged in His Kingdom work.

Hello, I'm Cynthia
For more than three decades, I've served in executive leadership, organizational consulting, coaching, and ministry, helping individuals and organizations navigate change, strengthen leadership, and pursue meaningful growth.
Yet my greatest lessons didn't come only from boardrooms or classrooms.
They were forged through the joys and challenges of marriage, motherhood, leadership, caregiving, loss, and faithfully seeking God's direction through every season of my life.
C+Suite For Women was born in a season of prayer after the miraculous healing Jesus gave my beloved husband from the terminal disease of ALC.
Today, my passion is helping women discover the freedom that comes from living one integrated life under the Lordship of Christ—where faith shapes identity, leadership, work, relationships, and purpose.
Through books, courses, coaching, and conversations, my prayer is that every woman will grow in clarity, confidence, and courage as she embraces God's unique call on her life.
