You qualify if: 

• You submit to the Lordship of Jesus Christ as your CEO over life and business
• You desire to balance faith, family, and business to glorify God
• You have gained expertise and wisdom to share as an advisor
• You faithfully commit the time and costs required
• You prefer group interactions rather than going it alone to advance your leadership and business

Members sign on for one year and choose the membership option (shown above) that best suits your particular situation. 

The requirements for a member in good standing include:

• Attendance and participation at the in-person meetings
• Adherence to the meeting agenda and protocols
• Respect and encouragement of other members
• Signed confidentiality agreement to hold all discussions private
• Engagement in the self-paced lessons
• Aspire to a standard of excellence in word and deed
• Active support for social media, events, and C+Suite Advisory
• Payment on or before each monthly meeting

On a monthly basis: 

• Attend the 2-hour in-person advisory meetings
• Complete the 1-hour self-paced online course
• Attend the 1-hour Q&A/coaching call between advisory meetings (optional)
• Achieve the actions and/or outcomes you commit to during the Advisory meetings

The monthly cost is:

• Based on the member option you choose 
• Paid monthly on or before the in-person meeting
• A monthly invoice will be issued on the first and may be paid by check or card

The agenda is: 

• Opening prayer
• 2-minute member check-in
• "Member Hot Seat" - a Business Resolutions process to resolve issues or set goals (4-5 members per session)
• Closing Prayer

The self-paced curriculum is chosen based on the needs of the group and is:

• Grounded in Biblical wisdom and Kingdom principles to:

  • Create a Kingdom culture
• Focused on Best Business Practices to:
  • Align purpose, mission, values, and vision with daily decision-making and action
  • Build a valued brand in the market
  • Expand your business footprint
• Oriented on growth strategies for:
  • Hiring and leading a high performance team
  • Attracting and retaining engaged clients

You have the choice to attend the Q&A coaching calls:

• The coaching calls are 1-hour Q&A conference calls
• They are held in between the in-person Advisory meetings on fourth Tuesdays from 11:30-12:30
• Questions may cover an issue raised in the Advisory meeting, the self-paced lesson, or in your business
• Submit your questions online in the member site for others to see
• Submitted questions have first priority
• Other questions are fielded in the remaining time

C+Suite is dedicated to your progress in life, leadership, and business. Additional support is offered as follows: 

• 1-1 private coaching with Cynthia for an additional fee 
• Text and email support from Cynthia on issues and decisions as they arise
